Pistachio and matcha energy balls
Family friendly, quick, easy, nutritious, tried and tested.
-1/2 cup pistachios
-1/2 cup sunflower seeds
-1/2 cup shredded coconut
-10 pitted fresh dates
-2 tsp matcha powder
-2 tbsp coconut oil (solid state)
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend well
You will need to stop at intervals to scrape down the sides
Roll into balls around 1 tbsp in size each
Store in the fridge up to 5 days or in the freezer
