Banana Chocolate Chip Loaf

Family friendly, quick, easy, tried and tested and nutritious

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees C

  2. Mash 2 bananas in a bowl

  3. Add 4 tablespoons of buckwheat flour

  4. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

  5. Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

  6. Add 2 eggs

  7. Add chocolate chips

  8. Mix mix mix

  9. Add into a greased loaf tin

  10. Place in the oven for 20 minutes

  11. Allow to cool and enjoy

Tip: I like to serve it with a nut butter spread and some berries on top
