Banana Chocolate Chip Loaf
Family friendly, quick, easy, tried and tested and nutritious

Preheat oven to 190 degrees C
Mash 2 bananas in a bowl
Add 4 tablespoons of buckwheat flour
Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Add 2 eggs
Add chocolate chips
Mix mix mix
Add into a greased loaf tin
Place in the oven for 20 minutes
Allow to cool and enjoy
Tip: I like to serve it with a nut butter spread and some berries on top
