First of all, where the HECK has this month gone?! Srsly, time is flying by at the speed of light and now we are into the 100 day countdown to Christmas – say whaaaaaa. Life is cray. There are a lot of things that I have been loving this month, so whittling it down to a list of 8 has been pretty challenging.

September Favourites

1&2) Lush Popcorn Lip Scrub £5.50 & Burt's Bees Hydrating Lip Balm £3.99

I have put these bad boys together as I’ve been using them as a duo and I’m finding it to work perfectly. I am prone to getting the odd crusty lip, especially in this weird weather we are having. I wish Mother Nature would just sort it the heck out because I am fed up of dragging a coat with me wherever I venture in case I get the chills. So every evening after my makeup has been scrubbed from my face I exfoliate my lips with Lush’s lip scrub in Popcorn flavour (because YUM) followed by a healthy coating of Burts Bees Hydrating Lip Balm. I wake up every morning with smooth, kissable (teehee) lips.

3) Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser set – Boots, £20

Now, this isn’t really a new favourite, and I know I am late to the Liz Earle party, but I had to put this in here. I have been using this for a while since I got a sample in a Birchbox a few months ago, which sadly ran out so I went on the hunt to buy some more. I picked up this fella, a gift…cylinder? So for £20 you get a 150ml bottle of cleanse ‘n polish plus 2 muslin cloths – a pretty good deal, am I right? I love how clean you feel after using it, it always sets me up for a good nights sleep.

4) Love LED Light – Primark, £12

I went into Primark this Sunday which is a massive freaking error because my anxiety was high and being stuck in a store with a million tourists isn’t ideal. Anyway, after picking up some granny pants and cheap bras for my upcoming trip to India (more in due course folks) I headed to the home section where I feasted my eyes on this. I have been wanting one for ages so am so happy to have found one for a nifty £12! All the wins.

5) Rimmel Stay Matt Foundation - Boots, £5.99

I have mentioned before how purely delightful I find this foundation. It gives a high flawless coverage and is amazing value for money. Of course, it doesn’t beat my Estee Double Wear but y’know, I am happy to opt for this instead until I win the lottery.

6) Skinny Dip Stegosaurus Phone Case - Skinny Dip, £12

I have had so many compliments on my Stegasaurus case, it’s funny how much love a dinosaur can get. I am a HUGE fan of Skinny Dip – they always have so much choice and have a good mix of fun/crazy designs but also offer more classic, sleek products that you can pimp up if you want to. They have also just brought out their new The Simpsons range, check it out here or go and visit them in their flagship store near London's Carnaby Street – they are super friendly!

7) Baby Cacti - IKEA, £4.50

Nawwwwww I think you will all agree with me that these baby little cacti will add a nice pop of colour to any white Pinterest/Instagram pic. I love having greenery in my room, but being the world’s number one plant murderer I need something low maintenance so these little babes are perfect!

8) Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade - Blow, £15

Now if you are a lover of eyebrows, you should really give this a go. I headed into Blow at Canary Wharf a couple of weekends ago and picked this up in the colour Blonde. You only need a tiny bit on a small angled brush and use it lightly to shape your brows and fill in any gaps. It's a really great product and I would definitely recommend! £15 may seem a little pricey but it will last you for a darn long time!
